I was looking through some of the pictures Sam had taken with his own camera and I came across these pictures.
All is well in the Myers Household, we have been busier that ever with Sam in Preschool and he is only there three days a week. He has learned so much in the month that he has been there. We get little tid-bits every now and then. For example, the other day we were watching Alligators on Animal Planet and he came up with "A, Allie Alligator". MJ and I just looked at him because we knew it wasn't something that we taught him, then he continued all the way with Zoo Phonics to "F". He had been just keeping it in and waiting for the right moment to let it out. Another example is that they are learning about Bats, it wasn't until we went to visit his cousin Ella that he spilled the beans. He said" Ella, we are learning about Bats at school. They sleep up side down and eat at night and they have really good eyes". OMG! Our little genius, he just sits back in class and absorbs it all and when he is ready, he lets it out. Giselle and I will be going on his first field trip with him to Country Basket Orchards. We can't take the bus with him so we will be meeting him there. It will be fun to see him interacting with the kids! I have went Part Time at work to keep up and it has been working out pretty well. We all love the extra time together! We are even planning a few trips with Mike on the road, we figure it we leave after Sam gets out of school and return the next day, we won't miss each other as much. Giselle, is doing GREAT. She knows how to spell her name in Giselle style, it goes like "G.i.g.i, that's my name ... you like it"! HAHA Hilarious! She has a New Favorite Song, I told her who knew that she would be listening to the son of one of her abuelo's favorite artist. It is "I like it" by Enrique Iglesias feat. Pittbull. I will have to video tape her dancing to it, she does it so well! MJ is MJ, Good as always! And Rockne is doing good, we have put him on weight watchers for dogs. I hope it helps, Giselle still loves to feed him so I have her give him all his treats (carrots) and food so she doesn't feel the need to feed him food off her plate! We will see if it works. He needs to lose at least 15 pounds before his next vet visit in 4 months. I guess we both are on the band wagon with the battle of the bulge! LOL!
