Santa's visit with Sam

At last minute I took Sam to see Santa, at first, Sam was not so kind by pulling Santa's beard. But Santa was quick to remind him that he was the one delivering the gifts on Christmas Morning.

Christmas in Chicago!

We went and visited the "Martha Stewart" Christmas Tree in the Walnut room in the old Marshall Field's on State Street.
Dad & Sam had matching sweater that they both wore when we went out to eat at Dick's Last Resort. Dad & Sam with Grandpa at Dick's.

Homemade Italian Cookies!

If you all know Mike, you all know that he loves Italian Cookies. Well, this year he took on the task of making them himself. He wasn't so impressed with the outcome (even though they were still really good), but Sam on the other hand couldn't get enough of them. As soon as he woke up from a nap, he headed right into the kitchen and pointed to where the Italian Cookies were. Here he is enjoying his Italian Cookie!

I finally finished my Christmas Cards but it wasn't as hard as getting these pictures taken. Rockne was better behaved than Sam, in a couple I had to hold Sam down with my foot to get the picture. All and all, I enjoyed the whole process and can't wait til next year!

Sam's fun visit to Mom's work!

We went to work the other day to visit with the girls. We stopped by to see Natalie and she snapped a couple pictures of Sam while we were there! He just loved her office, he made his first piece of typed text from the computer and printed it. It's on our fridge and he also pretended to be a Pharmacist! Too Cute, Thanks Natalie for the pictures!

Daddy's Little Helper!

Dad was doing his usual cleaning when something got stuck in the vacuum, he pulled out his tools and started to fix the problem. As soon as Sam found out the vacuum was broken (one of his favorite items in our household) he felt the need to help. Sticking the screwdriver in every hole in the vacuum he could.

As we may all know, Sam loves yogurt and here he is feeding himself.

Gio comes to visit!

Gio, Natalie and George came to visit. We had planned it so that Natalie and I would be able to finish our Christmas Cards, but instead we spent most of the nite watching Gio roll over ( way to go GIO!) and Sam running around wearing Gio's Jacket!
