Giselle is 2 weeks!

We went to see Dr. App today and Giselle is doing Great! She is now 8 pounds and 10 ounces! We are still wondering how people can survive after having two children, and we are only 2 weeks into it. We are constantly reminding ourselves to take it one day at a time, sometimes though it is easier said than done especially when they are both requiring your attention.

So far, so good! I don't know if it is because you are well aware of what is to come so nothing throws you off. We are just taking it day by day! The good news is that she is a sleeper, like her mom! She sleeps for 3-5 hours at a time. She wakes up about 2 times during the night to feed! I am having to pump on the side because the supply is there, just not the demand! Our first day home from the hospital!
After a week and a half of pre term labor, Dr. Elderkin thought it was in all our best interest to induce me on my due date! We arrived at the hospital at 6:00 am and our little princess didn't come until 11 hours later. Giselle Analicia was born on July 16th at 5:19PM. Weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces and 18 1/2 inches long!
